Lotus Labyrinth features two stories told from the perspective of the selected protagonist — Sanae Kochiya or Hinanawi Tenshi. The different routes feature different dungeons as well as different partner characters to recruit, with the game featuring over fifty potential partners. No announcement has been made regarding a western release, though the original Touhou Genso Wanderer was released in North America and Europe for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita by NIS America, with its enhanced Reloaded version. A followup to Touhou Genso Wanderer and Touhou Genso Wanderer: Reloaded, the alpha version of Touhou Genso Wanderer: Lotus Labyrinth will be playable at the Touhou Project convention Hakurei Jinja Reitaisai 2018 at Tokyo Big Sight on May 6.
